The air conditioner in my car has been acting up. Cold, then blazing hot. It even made some weird noises on a few occasions. As with all "weird noises", it wouldn't do it when I took it by the shop a few weeks ago. Today, my air started blowing hot air again, out of the blue. I pulled into the shop, Jerald came right out & looked at it while it was running. He even offered to help me unload my son & our stuff (the little things),so he could pull it around! We didn't even get into the lobby with our coloring book, before he came to tell me everything was fixed & blowing cold, cold air! Not only that, but the price was amazing! Henson Automotive did a complete brake job on my 2007 Toyota. When a noise developed upon braking, I returned the car to Henson's and they very kindly worked on it, replacing a rotor and brake pads at no additional charge, until the noise was fixed.
